Property Control Section

The Property Control Section is responsible for providing services in the areas of renovation, physical plant/structural maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs of county facilities. The PCS currently maintains the County administrative facilities and Community centers, 17 fire stations and three parks. The PCS staff services an area extending from Santa Cruz, New Mexico, which is located in Northern Santa Fe County to Edgewood, New Mexico, which is located in Southern Santa Fe County.

Project Development Division

Provide an efficient, cost effective and accountable project management team for all Santa Fe County Capital improvement projects. Insuring that the use of public funds and the associated requirements are met through all processes of facility project management.

Duties

Provide project management, including fiscal, program and construction management of Santa Fe County Capital improvement projects. Oversee and administer Community Development block Grants (CDBG), Infrastructure Capital Improvement Projects (ICIP), and various capital improvement projects projects.
