Santa Fe County Senior Centers

The County acquired five (5) County Senior Centers from the City of Santa Fe in 2011. There are four (4) centers located in Northern New Mexico (El Rancho, Chimayo, Santa Cruz, Rio En Medio) and one (1) center located in Southern New Mexico (Edgewood), these are in addition to the Senior Center in Eldorado.

In 2011 the Senior program provided a total of 10,877 home delivered meals on a daily basis county-wide to 95 eligible homebound seniors. It also provided a total of 12,168 congregate meals on a daily basis to 788 eligible senios and provided 2,998 one-way trips for scheduled medical and other appointments, prescription pick-ups, and assorted errands county-wide for eligible seniors.
