Aamodt Public Outreach Information and ReportsCongress enacted the Aamodt settlement Act at the end of 2010. Since that time the settlement parties have worked to implement the settlement. The major tasks have been to revise the 2006 Settlement Agreement to conform to the federal act and to finalize a second agreement called the Cost-Sharing and System Integration Agreement. The parties have completed drafting the two agreements, which are now going before the respective governmental bodies for approval. On April 10, 2012, the Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioners approved Resolution 2012-53 authorizing the proposed amendments to the Settlement Agreement. Currently, the parties are convening further implementation meetings to work on a proposed Final Decree of the Pueblos water rights and an Interim Administrative Order. These implementation meetings are open to the public. Below are copies of important Settlement documents. The revised Settlement documents will not be final until the proposed signatories, or their governing bodies or authorities, have approved and signed the final Settlement Agreement.
