Housing Authority unanimously voted to issue an RFP with a maximum award of $2 Million for an affordable housing project with specific requirements, which include:

· Shovel Ready

· Green Building

· Sustainability of Affordable Housing Fund

· Bring Dollars Back to the County

· Possible Donation of Land

· Time Line of Build Out

· Capping of Association Fees

Respondents were limited to – La Pradera, Hacienda Del Sol, Sonterra, Green Builders Build, and Daniel Buck Construction
